Evergreen Community located at 167 Avenue and 10 Street is nested in a beautiful, naturally wooded ravine. Evergreen offers all the features you have come to expect of a vibrant community. A community that appeals to everyone, young and seniors alike, you will find that Evergreen is truly a place to call home.
Evergreen offers groomed home sites that are fully landscaped and treed. Lot sizes are spacious for more privacy for our residents and are approximately 50 by 100 feet. All streets and driveways are paved.

The association offers a regular Dart League, Crib Night, Junior Darts, Ceramic Classes, Karate Classes, Senior Dances, Youth Dances, Parent and Tots Playtime Program. The Youth Centers offers after school and evening drop-in activities and a Learning Resource Centre with access to computers. Other youth groups that are available at Evergreen are the Beavers; Cubs; and Scouts.
