Maple & Oak Ridge Community Information
Maple and Oak Ridge communities were established in 1976 and 1981. These two communities combined in the 1980’s and make up more than 700 spacious home sites. The adult lifestyle area comprises another 26 sites and our newest expansion area will add another 150 sites to this community upon its completion.
Our convenient location within the city of Edmonton makes us one of the premier modular housing communities in Alberta . Located on the South East edge of the City of Edmonton , between the Sherwood Park & Whitemud Freeways, we are just a quick 5 minute drive from Sherwood Park or 15 minutes from downtown. We are only a short distance from several golf courses, major shopping centers, hospitals, restaurants and entertainment.
Our residents enjoy an architecturally controlled community, with landscaped sites, paved driveways and roadways. Maple and Oak Ridge offers a wide range of amenities to suit everyone’s needs. Our residents enjoy an excellent Community Association; Block Parent group; Edmonton Transit provides two bus routes that run through the community; and there is a yellow bus service for school aged children. Our onsite amenities include a convenience store with a gas bar and take-out pizza and subs; a restaurant; and a pub/eatery.
