Springwood Community Information
Springwood Community is a small 55+ community where neighbors get to know each other. The community is located on the Trans-Canada Highway just 50 km north of Victoria. The park offers sites that are nearly as large as residential sites because there are only 50 homes on 10 acres. Community residents enjoy the magnificent Douglas fir trees lining the paved roads.
The community is located in the Cowichan Valley which is Canada’s premier retirement area. Residents have access to the many nature parks in the Valley within only a short driving distance. The surroundings, combined with the moderate climate in the area makes for a standard of living second to none!
